A personal manager for larger depositors

EarnPark gives larger depositors a named personal manager instead of a general support ticket queue. The manager is a human point of contact who helps a client understand how the platform's strategies work and which ones fit their holdings, and who stays reachable through a direct channel agreed when the manager is assigned, not a public ticket queue.

What the personal manager does

The role is concierge-style guidance, not automated support. A personal manager walks a client through EarnPark's range of strategies, explains how each one earns yield and what its risk profile looks like, and helps match a strategy to what the client is actually trying to do with their crypto. That conversation happens through a direct channel set up from the account when the manager is assigned, rather than through a ticket that gets routed to whoever is on shift. The manager never reaches out first on social media, in line with the platform's support policy.

This sits alongside, not instead of, EarnPark's regular support channels. Every client can still reach the help centre or the public community channels. A personal manager is an additional, named contact for clients whose deposit size puts them in that tier.

How to get one

We haven't published a fixed deposit threshold or a formal set of terms for when a personal manager is assigned, and we've chosen not to invent one here either. If a client's deposit size is large enough to qualify, the practical way to find out is to ask. Contacting support through the help centre or the in-app chat is the way to check current eligibility.
