Advertised rates with no token requirement

Many crypto yield platforms publish a headline APY that only a subset of users actually earn. The full rate is often reserved for people who hold a set amount of the platform's own token, or who have climbed a loyalty tier through deposit size or trading volume. Everyone else earns a lower base rate while the advertised number stays on the landing page as an aspiration rather than a fact.

EarnPark runs the opposite model. The rate shown on the homepage is the rate applied to a deposit the moment it lands, with no token balance check and no tier to unlock first. A new user and a long-standing user see the same headline number for the same asset.

EarnPark does have its own token, PARK, so the fair question is whether it works the same way as a competitor's gating token. It does not. PARK is built to boost returns for holders who choose to use it, not to act as a paywall in front of the base APY. Skipping PARK entirely still gets a depositor the full advertised rate on their chosen asset.

That distinction matters because it changes the maths a user has to do before earning anything. There is no need to price in buying a second asset, track its volatility, or hit a minimum balance just to reach the rate that was advertised in the first place.
