Qualified market maker on Binance since 2022
EarnPark is a qualified market maker on Binance, and has been since 2022. That trading desk is the largest single engine behind the yield in the Earn strategies. One thing to be upfront about: Binance keeps no public list of its market makers, so nobody outside EarnPark can look this specific status up. Here is what the claim means and how much weight to give it.
What the desk actually does
A market maker posts quotes on both sides of an order book at once, one to buy, one to sell, and earns the small spread between them on whatever trades against it. Exchanges only hand out the "qualified" label to desks that can do this reliably at scale, fast enough not to get picked off when the book moves, disciplined enough not to end up stuck holding the wrong side of it.
Market making is one of the largest single engines behind EarnPark's Earn strategies. BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and most other supported coins each run their own market-making strategy, alongside a smaller set of DeFi, liquid staking and perp vault strategies that work differently and sit at different risk levels. Being a qualified market maker also means better trading fees on Binance than a retail account gets, and thinner fees mean more of each spread stays as yield instead of being eaten by trading costs.
What you can't check, and what you can
Binance keeps no public list of who its market makers are, so this specific claim isn't something an outsider can look up. That's the honest gap. It's stated openly and repeated across the site, not hidden anywhere, but it isn't verifiable the way a filing or an audit is.
So weigh it next to the parts that are checkable. Custody sits with Fireblocks, the entity shows up in a public SEC filing, the token contract carries a CertiK audit. Read this one alongside those, not instead of them.
