Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms (the “Referral Program Terms”) govern participation in the EarnPark Referral Program (the “Program”) operated by Earnpark Limited, a company incorporated under the Business Company Act of the British Virgin Islands under BVI registration number 2149760 on the 28th day of May, 2024, registered address: Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (the “Company”, “EarnPark”, “we”). These Referral Program Terms are an integral part of the Agreement between the Company and the User; capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

The EarnPark Referral Program lets anyone with an EarnPark account — from individual users to creators, communities and platforms — earn by introducing new users to EarnPark. Partners share a personal referral link and earn a share of the rewards their referrals receive.

1. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

When a new user signs up via your referral link (or enters your referral code within 72 hours of registration) and makes their first deposit, you start earning referral rewards:

- You receive 10% of every reward payout your referral receives during their first 12 months on the platform, counted from the date of their registration.

- Your share applies to rewards from all EarnPark strategies except PARK Staking.

- It covers all of your referral’s balances — including any deposits they make later within the 12-month window. There is no cap on referral rewards.

- Referral rewards are calculated on standard-rate payouts (the referral’s welcome bonus, described below, is not included in the base).

- Rewards are credited in USDT to your EarnPark balance at the same time as your referral receives their own reward payouts — daily for strategies that pay daily, monthly for strategies that pay monthly — and can be withdrawn at any time under the platform’s standard withdrawal rules.

- Referral rewards do not reduce your referral’s earnings — your share is paid by EarnPark in addition to what the referral earns.

Example: your referral deposits $1,000 in USDT DeFi (~10% APY) and keeps it for a year, earning about $100 in rewards — you receive about $10 over that year. If they later top up their balance to $10,000, your rewards grow accordingly: you earn 10% of everything paid to them until their first 12 months end. Your 10% is always calculated on standard-rate payouts — the referral welcome bonus is not included in the base.

2. WHAT YOUR REFERRAL GETS

Your referral starts with a welcome bonus: a doubled rate for their first 3 months (90 days, counted from their first deposit) — up to $100 extra in total. Bonus rewards are credited alongside their regular reward payouts, in the same asset. The bonus applies if the referral makes their first deposit within 30 days of registration. After 3 months, or once the $100 cap is reached, standard strategy rates apply. The welcome bonus does not apply to PARK Staking.

3. FOR PARTNERS BRINGING $1M+ IN DEPOSITS

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Register on the EarnPark platform and get your link in the Invite Friends section.

2. Share your personal link — or your referral code, which new users can enter within 72 hours of registration.

3. Track clicks, registrations, deposits and your rewards in the Invite Friends dashboard.

5. PRIVACY OF REFERRAL DATA

The program does not disclose your referrals’ personal data. Your dashboard shows referral statistics without identifying anyone: link clicks, the number of registered referrals, their total deposits and your total rewards. Referrals’ balances and earnings are shown as combined totals only. Personal data related to the Program is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. RULES AND CONDITIONS

Violation of these rules leads to permanent exclusion from the Referral Program:

1. Self-referral is prohibited: partner and referral accounts may not belong to the same person, be created from the same IP address, or form clusters of related accounts.

2. Funds may not be moved between partner and referral accounts (including internal transfers) to generate rewards.

3. Referrals cannot be linked to a partner after the 72-hour window following registration. Make sure your referrals use your link or enter your code in time.

4. Verification (KYC) is required for both the partner and the referral before rewards are paid out.

5. EarnPark may withhold rewards while investigating reasonably suspected abuse of the program.

6. Partners are responsible for any taxes applicable to their rewards.

7. The program may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. The Program is not available to persons who are residents of, located in, or otherwise subject to the laws of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in the Terms of Use (including the United Kingdom and the United States).

8. Referral rewards follow the rewards actually paid to your referrals. Strategy rates are variable and may change in either direction.

9. Rewards stop when the referral’s 12-month window ends (counted from the date the referral registered; the payout period in which the window ends is paid in full). If a referral withdraws their entire balance, rewards pause and resume if they deposit again within their window.

10. The program terms are subject to change at any time at EarnPark’s discretion; changes do not affect rewards already paid. These terms replace the previous version of the Referral Program: from their effective date all partners, including those who joined under the earlier terms, earn under the rules above, and the 12-month window is counted from each referral registration date.
