This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”, “Policy”) governs the manner in which the platform available on the Internet at https://earnpark.com/ hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, owned and operated by Earnpark Limited, a company incorporated under the Business Company Act of the British Virgin Islands under BVI registration number 2149760 on the 28th day of May, 2024, registered address: Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://earnpark.com/ (“Website”). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the EARNPARK DIGITAL PLATFORM Terms of Use of the Platform (the “Terms”). The Terms, together with the User Offer Agreement, Risk Statement, Privacy Policy, and this Policy, form a binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) between the Company and you, as a private user for your individual use of the Platform. By registering as a User of the Platform, as well as using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of the Agreement. If you do not agree with The Terms, User Offer Agreement Risk Statement, Privacy Policy, or this Policy, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, acceptance of the Agreement, registration on the Platform or continued use of the Platform does not constitute consent to optional Cookies or similar technologies. Such consent is requested separately through the Cookie Consent Manager.
1.1. “Cookies” and similar technologies are small files, scripts, tags, pixels, local storage objects or other technologies that may be stored on, or access information from, your computer or mobile device. They may contain or generate information such as a unique identifier, the Website’s domain name, the page visited, browser and device information, and interaction data. Such information may constitute personal data under applicable law.

2.1.2. According to the purpose of the setting:
a. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These Cookies are required to operate and secure the Website, provide services expressly requested by you, maintain sessions and authentication, and record your Cookie Consent Manager choices. They cannot be disabled through the Cookie Consent Manager.
b. Functional Cookies. These optional Cookies support additional functionality and remember choices or preferences, such as interface settings. They are activated only after you consent to the Functional category, unless a particular technology is strictly necessary to provide a feature expressly requested by you.
c. Analytical Cookies. These optional Cookies and similar technologies collect information about use of the Website, including individual interaction events and technical identifiers, such as page views, scrolling, engagement events, page URLs, client and session identifiers, screen resolution, language, browser, operating system and device information. The data is used to produce statistics, assess performance and improve the Website. It is not limited to aggregated information at the point of collection.
d. Marketing Cookies. These optional Cookies and similar technologies are used to measure advertising performance, create or evaluate audiences, and support relevant advertising. 2.2. The Platform currently uses the following Cookies and similar technologies:
a. Cookie Consent Manager and cc_cookie (Earnpark Limited). This first-party Strictly Necessary Cookie records whether you accepted or rejected optional Cookies and stores your selected categories. It is used so that the Website can apply your choice on subsequent visits.
b. Google Tag Manager (Google). This technology manages and loads tags for optional services that you have consented to. It is activated only after consent to the relevant category and may transmit the page URL, browser and device information, and consent status necessary to operate the enabled tags.
c. Google Analytics (Google). This Analytical technology processes events including page_view, asset-visit, scroll and user_engagement, together with the page URL and title, client and session identifiers, screen resolution, language, browser, operating system and device information. It is activated only after consent to Analytical Cookies.
d. DoubleClick and Google Ads Audiences (Google). These Marketing technologies are used for advertising measurement and audience functionality. They may receive the page URL, online identifiers, session information, interaction data, and browser and device information. They are activated only after consent to Marketing Cookies.
e. Trustpilot. The Trustpilot widget displays review content and measures widget impressions and views. Trustpilot may receive the page URL, browser and browser version, operating system, device type, language, and EarnPark business unit and widget identifiers. The Trustpilot widget and its measurement requests are blocked until you consent to Analytical Cookies and remain blocked after you select Reject all.
2.3. The following maximum storage periods apply unless a shorter period is technically required:
a. Strictly Necessary Cookies: for the duration of the session or the minimum period technically necessary; persistent Strictly Necessary Cookies are stored for 1 month and may be automatically renewed while the technical necessity continues.
b. Cookies storing consent settings: 6 months.
c. Functional Cookies: 6 months.
d. Analytical Cookies: 13 months without automatic renewal upon each visit.
e. Marketing Cookies: 6 months.
2.4. The periods above concern the storage of, or access to, information on your device. Data transmitted to third-party providers may be retained separately in accordance with applicable law, our agreements with the providers and their privacy notices. Such retention must be limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
3.1. You have the right to accept or reject optional Cookies and to choose which optional categories are enabled.
3.2. The Cookie Consent Manager is available on the Website. Strictly Necessary Cookies are always active. Optional Functional, Analytical and Marketing categories are disabled by default and are activated only after your affirmative choice. You may select categories individually, accept all or reject all. Rejecting optional Cookies does not prevent use of the Website, although some optional functionality may be unavailable. You may reopen the Cookie Consent Manager at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the Website footer, change your selections or withdraw consent. 4.2. The Company may make such changes at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy may be posted on our website or sent to the User via push notifications or email according to the details specified in the User’s account on the Platform.
4.3. You should review this Policy periodically and keep your account contact information up to date. Continued use of the Website after an update does not constitute consent to new or materially changed optional Cookies, providers or purposes. Where a change requires consent, the Company will request a new choice through the Cookie Consent Manager before activating the relevant technology.
6.1. This Policy and other documents constituting the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
6.2. Any dispute arising in connection with or in relation to this Policy, other documents constituting the Agreement with the User, or in relation to the Platform, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
