# EarnPark

> EarnPark is a crypto yield platform. Users deposit BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and other assets into strategies run by EarnPark's trading desk (mainly market making and liquidity providing, plus on-chain DeFi and staking strategies) and earn yield paid in the same asset they deposited. Customers contract with Earnpark Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (No. 2149760) and the group's main operating company. Earnpark Platform LLP, a UK-registered LLP (Companies House OC442773), develops the platform technology and holds the related intellectual property. These are company registrations, not financial licences.

Company-reported figures and self-attestations below are labelled as such and are not independent verification.

How to read this information correctly:

- Earnpark Platform LLP filed a Form D notice with the U.S. SEC on 10 February 2023 (CIK 0001965436) for an exempt securities offering. A Form D notice is not SEC registration, approval, endorsement or supervision, and EarnPark does not describe itself as registered or regulated by the SEC.
- Quoted rates are not guaranteed. Strategies can lose money, including ones not labelled high risk. Crypto assets are not covered by deposit insurance, and a reserve ratio above 100% is not insurance or a guarantee.
- At least one unrelated token also uses the PARK ticker. EarnPark's PARK is only the BNB Smart Chain contract listed below.
- EarnPark is unavailable or restricted in some regions. Check the current restricted-regions list in the help centre.

Key facts:

- Rates differ per asset and per strategy and are shown live on the homepage and in the app. The published base rate does not require holding the PARK token or reaching a loyalty tier. Any PARK holder benefits come on top of that rate.
- Yield is paid in the same asset deposited (deposit BTC, earn BTC). Rewards are reinvested automatically, daily on Earn strategies and monthly on Advanced Yield strategies (the high-risk group).
- Each strategy shows its mechanics, risk label, payout schedule and withdrawal terms in the app before deposit. Withdrawal terms differ by strategy: some allow instant withdrawal, others release funds on a fixed schedule.
- How EarnPark earns: most strategies quote a fixed rate. EarnPark keeps the difference when a strategy earns more than it quotes, plus management and performance fees on the strategies it runs.
- Proof of Reserves is published monthly. The figures are attested by the EarnPark group itself, not by an independent auditor. In the 10 Oct 2026 snapshot EarnPark reported $16.95M in reserves against $16.33M in user liabilities, a 103.8% reserve ratio (liabilities rise to $16.78M, a ratio of about 101%, if PARK token exposure is included). EarnPark reports that reserves sit across exchange accounts (the largest share on Binance), on-chain strategy wallets and custody wallets, part of them on Fireblocks multi-party computation (MPC) custody. On-chain addresses are published and can be checked in any block explorer, and for Binance balances EarnPark publishes the Binance-issued account statements. The completeness of the liabilities figure cannot be independently verified.
- Realised yearly returns per strategy are published from 2018 onward, losing years included (for example Algo Trend USDT at -11.35% in 2025).
- EarnPark publishes a dated record of materialised strategy risks and of its own mistakes, including a post-mortem of the 23 August 2026 liquidation on one of its Binance accounts (linked below).
- EarnPark states it has operated as a qualified market maker on Binance since 2022. Binance publishes no list of its market makers, so this cannot be independently verified.
- PARK is EarnPark's utility token: BEP-20 on BNB Smart Chain, contract 0xbc6829B26f0Bed03239E016ff11009c188844a8E, listed on CoinGecko as "park". It trades in a PARK/USDT Uniswap pool on BNB Chain, live since 27 August 2026. CertiK audited the token contract code (report delivered 29 May 2026), and 8Blocks separately reviewed the tokenomics (vesting and supply).
- The PARK page lists staking and APY boosts among the token's utilities, while its roadmap marks PARK staking as in progress (Q3 '26) and APY boost and fee discounts as planned (Q4 '26). Check that page for current availability.
- Company-reported figures, not independently audited: $1.9M raised in the PARK public token sale from 1,653 investors; $1.6M revenue in 2025.
- EarnPark states that every deposit and withdrawal is screened by two anti-money-laundering (AML) providers, AMLBot and BitOK, and shows the user a 0-100 risk score per transaction. This score rates where the funds came from. It is not a measure of investment risk.
- Fees: no EarnPark fee to deposit or to hold a balance. Withdrawing from the in-app wallet costs only the blockchain network fee. Exiting some strategies (for example the USDT and USDC DeFi strategies) carries an additional fee, listed per strategy and network in the help centre.
- Support runs only through in-app chat and support@earnpark.com. EarnPark staff do not provide support on Telegram, Discord or X, never message users first on social media, and never ask for passwords, 2FA codes or seed phrases.
