EARNPARK PLATFORM LLP (“EarnPark UK”) is our UK-registered entity (LLP No. OC442773) where the project was originally established. EarnPark UK develops and maintains the core platform technology and holds the related intellectual property. EarnPark UK does not contract with customers for the Strategies product or other client-facing services.

Earnpark Limited (“EarnPark BVI”) is our British Virgin Islands entity (Company No. 2149760) and the main operating company of the group. EarnPark BVI operates the customer-facing side of the platform and provides access to the Strategies product. Customers contract with EarnPark BVI, which is responsible for onboarding and day-to-day customer account operations, subject to applicable restrictions and controls.

EarnPark BVI uses the platform technology under an intercompany licence arrangement with EarnPark UK.

Client assets are provided by customers under the applicable customer agreement with EarnPark BVI and are deployed according to the selected Strategies and platform terms. Assets are held with and handled by relevant third-party service providers (e.g., exchanges, brokers, custodians), as applicable.

SWAP transactions are executed on third-party exchange platforms (including via API) under their terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EarnPark does not receive or distribute revenue derived from users’ SWAP transactions on those platforms.
